SUN 3/9    Guest Speaker Evangelist  Marshall Windsor

        We have the privilege of having Dr. Marshall Windsor as our guest speaker for the Sunday service. 

Marshall is an ordained Assemblies of God evangelist  and served as the General Presbyter for all Assemblies of God Evangelists from 2005 to 2018. Marshall and his family have traveled extensively for over 20 years throughout the United States and overseas as well, teaching in Bible schools and ministering the Word of God to those who do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Marshall and his wife, Nancy, have two wonderful children and base their ministry out of Tyler, Texas today.  You can check out more information at https://windsmin.org/  

SAT 3/15    Parent's Night Out!

       We are hosting a Parents’ Night Out event where you can drop off your kiddos (grades K-5 only) at the church for an evening of food, games, and movies while you enjoy a well deserved night out. As a reminder it will be held on Saturday March 15th from 5:00pm-8:30pm. Please sign up using the link below by Wednesday, March 12th. SAT 3/22    Men's Fellowship @ 3:00 PM

        The mission for our men is found in 1 Corinthians 16:13-14

Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong. And do everything with love.

        Join the men for a light meal with fellowship and discipleship.

SUN 3/23    Church Business Meeting @ 1:00 PM

        Following the morning service we will be having an annual church business meeting for all members and regular attenders. It is very important for you be there.  We will be handling some important time-sensitive church business that includes your vote.  Pastor Matt will be updating and providing more information in the next couple of Sundays.   

        The church will provide a meal for everyone following the service and conduct our business at 1:00PM.  

SUN 3/30    Kite Sunday!

        Following the morning service we will grill hamburgers and hotdogs and fly kites on the church grounds.  We have done this every year for about 5 years and it is a fun time for adults and children.  Bring a kite to fly and any other outdoor activities you would like to participate in.  This is an excellent event to invite your neighbors, friends, and family.

Wear that festive Christmas sweater, bring the whole family, and join us for our Christmas holiday party this Saturday, December 13th, @ 5:30 pm.   Bring a holiday appetizer, snack, or sweet to share.  We will sing Christmas carols, play Christmas games, and wrap it up with a White Elephant gift exchange (under $20).     Would you like to help with the Christmas party planning committee?  We are looking for people to help plan and coordinate the party.  If you are interested, please email pastor@cwcaustin.org.  Thanks! Looking Ahead: Sunday, Dec 21st:   For the Sunday service before Christmas, we will worship with Christmas-focused songs and hear a message on  the birth of Christ.  At the end, we will dim the lights and sing O Holy Night by candlelight and reflect on the miracle of Emmanuel, God with us.   Wednesday, Dec 24th and 31st:  No Bible study service.  The regular schedule will resume in January....

Happy 15th Anniversary Pastor Eric and Jaime!

  Today is Pastor Eric and Jaime's 15th wedding anniversary!   Eric and Jaime, along with Braden and Alexi, bring so much joy and blessings to the CWC family. I would love for you to add a comment to this post and share a memory or compliment!   Let's express our heartfelt appreciation for the Solis's!   We pray that the next 15 years will be filled with even greater memories and accomplishments, and their love for each other will continue to grow and flourish.   Now let's go down memory lane with a story in pictures!     Don't forget to leave a comment!  :)  And share a memory if you have one.

CWC April Newsletter...EASTER!

A place for you to CONNECT, GROW, SERVE, AND SHARE Make plans to join us for Easter Sunday, April 20th !  Pastor Matt will be giving a special illustrated message and Easter goodie bags will be given out to all the children.  This is a great time to invite your friends and neighbors.   All the ladies are invited on April 12th at 3:00 for a time of fellowship as they sip & share conversations and the Word together.
